We had spiders coming in our home and David took care of that. He also said that there was a bunch of wasps in our shed and that he took care of that. He did a great job!
Wasp nest removed. Doubled sprayed bush to make sure they weren’t going to rebuild. Treated eaves and likely spaces to prevent thru fall. Will call them again next May to pretreat.

Crosstown is excellent. You can call them anytime if you get sny kind of bugs or bees. Sam did our treatment today and also knocked down a couple bee hives. They always go above and beyond.

Ben is excellent and still out guy! He listened to everything I said and did a whole walk through of my house patiently even though he probably had heard and seen it all. He told me where all of the spiders were most likely coming from and explained the flexibility in my quarterly. Great service!

I called for insect and rodent issues. I was surprised when they said they could be out the same day to service my area. When the gentleman showed up he explained what needed to be done and then asked my thoughts. He was great! He was here for about 45 minutes setting up and spraying. I look forward to this year of freedom from spiders and rodents.

We initially requested service from Crosstown in the spring when we had an ant problem and decided to get the quarterly service. He have not had any issues since and for the first time in several years, we have been able to enjoy time on the deck without being bothered by wasps. Ben is very friendly and helpful.
