Had a bird that was stuck I'm our dryer vent. Joseph came over. Was very friendly and professional. Safely removed the bird, put a cover on the vent and released the bird. He then came back the next day and put vent covers on all of our vents. Would definitely recommend and Will use again if any other critters are found.
