When the gentleman showed up he explained what needed to be done and then asked my thoughts. He was great! He was here for about 45 minutes setting up and spraying. Crosstown took care of our carpenter ant problem. They responded quickly and continued to come back whenever needed to make sure the problem was fully taken care of. Ben comes out for quarterly sprays and makes sure to take care of any areas we want sprayed with a smile of his face. This is a great company with great prices.
