Great experience ordering parts for my 1999 Johnson 115 hp Ocean Pro 2 stroke. Very easy to access spare parts online as website is very user friendly. Ability to enquire on anything to do with order was easy with very prompt response. Extremely Professional Company and staff.
Easy to navigate and purchase parts shipping was super quick highly recommend
Not the first time I’ve ordered from here.quality parts.fast shipping.thanks again!
Kompetenter Handelspartner, die Ware war sofort verschickt und jederzeit verfolgbar mittels Sendungsnummer. TOP
Borderline scam. Buyer Beware. I ordered a part on Oct 8 and paid $178 for it. On Oct 12, they responded with an email saying that shipping will be delayed for 3-5 business days because the part is not in stock. I finally followed up today, 14 days after placing my order and today they tell me that they no longer do business with the manufacturer, so they will have to cancel my order and refund my money. I since found out that the original manufacturer went bankrupt several years ago... yet this Company still shows this part as being for sale on their website today...
It’s so nice being able to go somewhere to pick up good OEM parts instead of ordering online, especially before a fishing trip. Their website is beyond easy to use for diagnosing things and making sure you have the right parts. Franco has been helpful on the phones and Kevin the parts guy has been very helpful! Nice family owned Colorado company as well!
I have used Crowley for years, no problems. This last parts order was a nightmare. Took over a month, no communication. Finally got an answer that they still didn't have all my parts. I said send what you have, they said they would rush it. Over a month, still no parts. Never again, using SIM Yamaha from now on.
Great Business and orders through the United States business lot better than Australia for older parts for any Honda lawn mower parts and out board motors as well very great price and shipping to Australia always will do dealing with this company any time
