It’s so nice being able to go somewhere to pick up good OEM parts instead of ordering online, especially before a fishing trip. Their website is beyond easy to use for diagnosing things and making sure you have the right parts. Franco has been helpful on the phones and Kevin the parts guy has been very helpful! Nice family owned Colorado company as well!
I have used Crowley for years, no problems. This last parts order was a nightmare. Took over a month, no communication. Finally got an answer that they still didn't have all my parts. I said send what you have, they said they would rush it. Over a month, still no parts. Never again, using SIM Yamaha from now on.

Borderline scam. Buyer Beware. I ordered a part on Oct 8 and paid $178 for it. On Oct 12, they responded with an email saying that shipping will be delayed for 3-5 business days because the part is not in stock. I finally followed up today, 14 days after placing my order and today they tell me that they no longer do business with the manufacturer, so they will have to cancel my order and refund my money. I since found out that the original manufacturer went bankrupt several years ago... yet this Company still shows this part as being for sale on their website today...
