I rented a Mercedes Sprinter Van from them for my daughter's sweet 16. Both Diego and Andre were very professional and clear in their communication and the email confirmation was super clear - I appreciated that. The company seems to have aced their client facing and back end processes - extremely rare in their business.
The communication by text on the day of arrival was perfect, the driver arrived on time and was also very professional. I love that their price was all in, and we didn't have to worry about tips etc and could focus on my daughter's big event. Highly recommend booking from them. Good job, Crown Limo! Keep it up!!
Unsafe driver! This party bus didn’t care that the carpool lane had two double solid white lines that you can not legally cross and he illegally crossed over cutting us off dangerously. If you don’t know how to drive a large vehicle and be able to see a car already in the lane then don’t try to drive a vehicle that holds so many people. This driver needs basic driver education course because he should not be crossing into the carpool lanes as he pleases when it’s not open.
Always GREAT service, from reservation to pick-up; prompt, professional and friendly. Takes the stress out of traveling and airport craziness! THANK YOU Crown Limousine!
Our driver, Arturo, was very professional, greeted us warmly, and took care of all of our luggage when we flew into LAX. This is the second time I have use Crown Limousine and have been extremely pleased both times.

Crown is extremely reliable. I really like that they text you the drivers info in case you need to contact them. Their cars are new, clean and beautiful.
We had the best experience with our driver Hayden. The entire process was seamless from booking to emailed details to day of texts and communication! Crown is an awesome business, can’t wait to take another trip to the Hollywood bowl!
