Crown Mold Specialists
Crown Mold Specialists at a glance
Customers highlight the company's prompt scheduling, professional demeanor, and thorough communication during mold remediation and water damage repairs. Reviewers note that staff explain processes clearly, manage landlord interactions, and leave work areas clean, often citing reasonable pricing for the services provided. One criticism involved a technician incorrectly interpreting infrared camera images as residual moisture, which contradicted previous documentation and raised concerns about the accuracy of the initial assessment.

"Highly recommend! Reasonable prices and exceptional service. Anthony and Cesar were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. They protected our floors, took extreme care moving heavy equipment, and even cleaned and reinstalled a floating shelf near the work area. Fantastic experience from start to finish!"

We had water damage and mold in our basement, 1st floor and 2nd floor bedroom walls. Rashid was available to come right away and give us a free estimate. I thought it was a bit pricey at first but after Patrick and Randy got rid of all the mold and left the place almost spotless within just 2 days, it was money well spent. Rashid came by both days to check on the work and gave me valuable insight on preventing future water issues. In addition, our 1st floor bedroom had more mold than we initially thought but we still paid the same price that Rashid initially gave us.
