Positive reviews highlight thorough work, clear communication, and friendly crews that leave properties clean. However, a recurring criticism involves unresponsiveness to follow-up requests regarding dead trees, with one customer alleging the company ceased operations to avoid honoring a replacement guarantee.

They placed 5 trees and one died. They promised if any died they would come replace it. I told them 2 weeks after that I think one was dying. They told me to give it time. They stopped responding to texts. I called and now the said THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS so they can’t help me. Don’t trust them.
