Chris has been grooming our golden retriever for a few years now and she does an amazing job! I always recommend her to a lot of my friends and everyone raves about how good she is!!
Our girl came home looking and smelling so good!
This is the first time I’ve ever had one of my dogs groomed, and he is my most shy little boy! He was done very quickly and with a lot of care and tenderness and he looks like a brand new dog! Everyone was so warm, professional and friendly, and the prices are beyond fair! I will definitely returning!! Below are 2 before pictures & 3 pictures after being groomed!
We will be returning in 8 weeks as suggested! It was Hunter first time ever being to a groomer and he walked out happy as well as us as parents.. my boy is 7 years old and they took great care of him. I would totally recommend to everyone .
Absolute miracle worker. I have tried everything with my little chihuahua dachshund lab mix who is the sweetest girl but the WORST with her nails. The vet can’t do it, I’ve tried the hammock hanging thing, peanut butter, dremel, muzzle, catching her during naps, 2 people, scratch mats.. even Compassion Grooming, who turned me away after fighting to get one nail. My boyfriend brings his dog to Crystal and swore to me that if anybody could be successful— she could. And I had almost 0% confidence. It wasn’t easy, and she proved her Houdini feisty self to give them a run for their money. But she remained patient and didn’t give up, and she was successful using the dremel! I was in absolute disbelief. Nobody anywhere in any way has been successful with my little girl and we walked out of there with short nails for the first time ever!! There is no question in my mind, we are going back there every 6-8 weeks to keep things from getting as awful as they were. Her nails were so long they began crossing over each other, and I was losing hope of anything but full sedation at the vet (💰💰💰💰💰). Thank you Crystal for a phenomenal first experience and for having so much patience!
Second time going there and I love her, and my dog loves her so yeah I give her all the stars in the world.
We absolutely love taking our two French Bulldogs to Crystal! She is always responsive, easy to communicate with, and truly wonderful with our dogs. It’s clear she’s patient, caring, and knows exactly how to make them comfortable. We always leave feeling confident they were in great hands. Highly recommend!
We took our two dogs in there to get groomed by Crystal. She did an awesome job on Sapphire and nachos nails look good. They both love the place and the other dogs that were there. Everyone there was really nice and the place is very clean and organized. If anyone is looking for someone that does an awesome job and Pampers their their fur babies, Crystal is the one ❤️ oh Nacho says thank you for his dinosaur bandana he loves it!
As always a great place for my gal Ruthie to get a wash and blow out and mani pedi for fair and affordable price for a dog her size and coat type. My gal loves the water and is a mud puddle inspector and she always comes back clean, shiny and not smelling like the swamp romping dawg she is. Experienced employees you can trust with your pet in a fun and safe environment that is brand new and growing. I hope the new place is good to them, they deserve it.
Always so sweet with my princess. Usually her breed always comes with timid people but not Crystal she is always so happy to see her and treats her amazing. Great prices and now a more local spot 🩷 Couldn’t recommend anyone else Crystals the best!
