My now-husband and I booked Crystal Oaks for our 11/7/25 wedding reception. It is truly a hidden gem with a beautiful wooded area, rock waterfall, pergola, massive covered patio, and other outdoor features that we used for our cocktail hour. The indoor ballroom was lovely as well, and we were able to set up the space to our exact needs for table layout, etc. I appreciate that there were no required vendors and that we could bring in all of our choosing. We want to acknowledge Jen's generosity in giving us multiple free hours for decor set-up the day before, as well as on the wedding day to allow for DJ and florist set-up. They have been incredibly accommodating with us! The only minor critique I have is that her assistants who helped us with set up did not have the tables arranged and ready for us on 11/6, as was previously agreed upon. Otherwise, our wedding day was beautiful and the staff were very helpful throughout! A huge thank you goes out to Jen, Katlyn, and Misty!!! We are so happy we selected Crystal Oaks for our special day and look forward to seeing the venue continue to thrive!
