Spoke with Terrance at the Jonesboro, AR facility about why my monthly payment went from $170/month to $211/month. He explained it to me and offered to negotiate a better rate, he informed me that the rate would have to be approved by the main office. Terrance has always been very knowledgeable and professional each time I have spoke with him.

Terrace was absolutely the best! I’ve never experienced such high quality service from a storage rental unit. I highly recommend storing your valuables- or not so valuable- items at CubeSmart self storage. Clean as a whistle! Restrooms in each unit. Easy to access- no keys to be concerned about. My grade as a teacher would be an A+++ score!! 💯
