My experience with Cuddles has been nothing short of extraordinary! I would recommend them to any pet owner in the area!
We have been clients of theirs for several years now and if we weren’t moving out of state - we would have continued to use their services. I don’t think we will be able to find a company comparable to them that provides the level of care, compassion and patience!
All sitters have been wonderful but Greg has been taking care of our 2 kitties the last several times and really goes above and beyond! He made such great progress with our not-so-friendly kitty and always sends detailed pictures during his visits. I am sure they will both miss him!
Do yourself a favor and trust Cuddles for your fur babies!!

We have used Cuddles on Call for all of our pet-sitting needs, and we couldn't be happier with their service. Their booking system is easy to use, communication is always excellent, and every visit comes with detailed notes and plenty of photos so we know exactly how our babies are doing.
What really sets them apart is how much their sitters genuinely care. It's clear that they love our pets as if they were their own, which gives us incredible peace of mind whenever we're away.
We highly recommend Cuddles on Call to anyone looking for reliable, caring, and professional pet sitters. They consistently go above and beyond, and we're so grateful to have found them!
Reached out via phone over a week ago to set up an in-home consultation. I was informed by the woman who answered the phone (Sharon, I believe was her name) that I would need to complete the online form. She did not seem interested in speaking with me on the phone to answer any questions. I completed the online form as directed and no one has reached out to me to set up the consultation or to acknowlege my inquiry. Very disappointing after reading so many positive reviews for this company. Makes me wonder if the reviews are real. There's no need to reach out to me at this point. I'm not interested in your services since you couldn't take the time to simply acknowlege my request.

I’m truly so sorry this was your experience! I’m April Cash, the owner of Cuddles on Call Pet Sitting, and reading your review honestly made my heart sink.
You deserved a timely response and a warm, helpful conversation from the very beginning. The fact that you didn’t receive even a simple acknowledgment after taking the time to complete our form is not okay.
I actually want to sincerely thank you for pointing out the communication breakdown. If you had not taken the time to leave this review, we would not have discovered that our website was not delivering new client submissions to us for the last 9 days. Unfortunately, that means your inquiry never reached us. As soon as we realized what had happened, we fixed the issue and immediately began contacting everyone who was affected. Because of your feedback, we were able to address the problem right away and make sure future inquiries are received and responded to properly. We know our explanation doesn’t undo your frustration, but I do want you to know there was a technical failure on our end, not a lack of care or interest.
I’m also genuinely sorry that your phone call felt dismissive. We do ask new clients to complete the online form so we can gather detailed information before scheduling consultations, but that should always be communicated kindly and with time taken to answer questions. You should never feel brushed off.
I completely understand why you’d feel disappointed and even question the authenticity of our reviews. When communication falls short, it shakes trust. All I can say is that our positive reviews reflect many years of consistent, hands on care for our clients and their pets. Although a technical issue prevented us from receiving and responding to your inquiry in a timely manner, we are still responsible for the experience you had. We fell short here, and I take full accountability for that.

I have been working with cuddles on call for a few months now, and am over the moon with this business and the care that they show. I recently had a health emergency and they were beyond kind with assisting with coverage for my pup. Communication is 10/10, and from the photos and messages, I can tell that my beasts are in the best hands. Would happily recommend CoC to anyone with fur kids in the area.

Veterinarian here! I highly recommend Cuddles on Call for all of your pet care needs. They walk my dogs every weekday and my dogs absolutely love them. All of their sitters are highly dependable and skilled. You can tell they are passionate about caring for animals and providing the best service possible.

We love Cuddles on Call!! Our girl loves her dog walking team, and they have been so wonderful in accommodating her special movement needs with advanced hip dysplasia. April the owner, has also been super fast in responding to our questions, and incredible in accommodating our challenging work schedules.
Amazing service! I always struggled to leave for work trips/vacation knowing my cat was at home but Cuddles on Call makes me feel at ease that he is taken care of. Super easy scheduling with daily updates/photos. Highly recommend.

I have used Cuddles on Call since 2019 for my cats and have a great experience every time. I’ve had three sitters during the years and each have been amazing with my cats, follow instructions closely, and always send detailed and timely updates. The owner April is also very helpful and kind any time I’ve needed assistance. The app has also been a great addition to making scheduling, invoices, and communication even easier. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind they give me when I’m traveling to know that my cats are receiving excellent care and lots of love.
