They have everything here from bboy(breakdance) to martial art. If you are interesting in learning powermove, head spin and condition for it. Definitely try it out. Every night on Tuesday.

I attended capoeira and yoga classes here and they were the best I’ve ever taken. Everyone was super welcoming and friendly. I truly felt a sense of community with everyone there. Definitely the best studio I’ve ever been to.

I come here for the bellydance with Yalla Dance Academy! Bonnie is an outstanding instructor - she not only explains the moves, but the cultural significance of how you are moving. Whether Saiidi, Beledi, Raqs Sharqi, or Reda-style, Bonnie has a huge background in classical styles! I'm taking ALL the classes.

For the past six weeks I’ve been doing yoga sessions with Ja, Desiree, Neve, and Philip. I’m brand new to yoga and each of these instructors has done a great job easing me into body awareness. Each of my teachers has their own style and energy, keeps it fresh and interesting for me. I’m noticing increasing strength and flexibility as well as confidence and balance. The space is welcoming and clean and organized. I purchased the yoga package which is a great deal. Highly recommend!!
I haven’t tried the dance sessions but interested in the Longevity Sessions
