Google reviewers rate this Newport Beach pest control service 4.9 out of 5, highlighting punctual arrivals, detailed explanations of treatments, and professional conduct during quarterly spraying, termite tenting, and rodent inspections. Customers frequently note that technicians are friendly, honest about findings, and willing to adjust service plans to fit specific needs. However, a recurring criticism involves aggressive door-to-door sales tactics, with several low-star reviews describing pushy interactions, ignored requests to stop solicitation, and discrepancies between initial sales promises and actual service delivery.

Thank you Julian for coming out to proform the pest control as promised. I was not home and left the dogs in backyard. So you still were able to do the front part of house removing all spider webs, sprayed for ants, spiders, bees, roaches ,and any other pest that can be found outside. Because I was not home you weren't able to do inside nor backyard so I'll be calling later to reschedule that part. So thankful for all you did today.

We've been with Cura for over five years and have had many technicians service our home, but CJ is by far the best technician we've ever had. He took the time to discuss our options, explain exactly what he was going to do, and answer all our questions. Watching him work, it was clear how meticulous he is—he treated our home as if it were his own. Exceptional job, CJ! We truly appreciate your hard work and dedication.
