Reviewers frequently praise the company for its professional communication, punctual delivery, and ability to transform properties to facilitate quick sales. Clients note the availability of varied furniture styles, competitive pricing, and flexible financing options that align with real estate timelines. The primary criticism involves a disputed cancellation fee charged after a last-minute scheduling change, which one client found excessive despite prior verbal assurances from the owner.

I would not recommend this company. Due to an unexpected delay (2 days) on a staging, this company wanted to charge $1000.00 cancelation fee. This was after I personally spoke with the owner and explained the situ. He was all nice and then dropped a ridiculous invoice on my realtor. I would not recommend.
We had a great experience! Casey went above and beyond on getting our house staged quickly after reaching out to her last minute. It made our home look so much better for potential buyers.
I’m so glad I decided to use this company to help stage my listing. They were fantastic in every phase. Highly recommend!
Thank you for helping turn a house into a home. Your interior decor and design really helped showcase the work we do at Swan Custom Builders.
Custom home staging was amazing from start to finish. Great communication from the start when discussing pricing and different packages, flawless with delivery of the staging furniture, no damages to my home, and flawless when they came to pick up. I’ll continue to use them whenever I need to add the final touch to my listings!
Casey helped us stage 2 homes during the most stressful period in our lives. She was warm, wise, full of humor, and highly efficient! Truly a joy to work with and know!
Staging was awesome, 99 percent of the showing feedback mentioned the staging. I’m sure it contributed to the sell of my house … highly recommend…
They did an amazing job bringing my house to life. The house sold a month after it was staged. Their communication was great. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone!
Had him stage my house in Bandera and she was very sweet and helpful with the process. It was actually very smooth and easy. We’ll definitely use again.
Hiring Custom Home Staging was hands down the best decision we made when selling our home. They were professional, creative, and completely transformed our space with details I never would have imagined myself. The house looked elevated, Modern and photographed beautifully! We received TWO offers on day one of listing. That says it all. Highly recommend!
