So far good experience with Custom. I had two previous companies, and the service was not great nor communication.
They do great work
Thank you Juan for always doing a great job!
Great company!
Always on time and very thorough service.
This company has repeatedly lied about our mowing schedule from the very first service. They offered 2 free mows as a solution, the first of which was done hurriedly and did not have the professional look of the previous mowing, and the next mowing they legitimately put off because of rain but rather than returning as soon as possible, put us into our regular weekly schedule. That is 2 weeks past the last mowing. Everyone who has a mowing service in my neighborhood (about 50%) had their lawns mowed within days of the rain…not weeks. I wouldn’t let this company mow my lawn for free for an entire year because they can’t keep up and the yard goes shaggy when that happens.
This company by far is the best and most reliable company I’ve ever worked with!! Highly recommend giving them a chance to take care of any of your lawn issues. Cole always explains exactly what he believes is best for my lawn.

I used Custom Lawn in the past and was very pleased with how my lawn looked. I am sure they will do the same prestiged job they did in the past. Thanks for coming out to help me out again, guys.
