Custom Wood Shutters has hands down the best customer service. I had blinds installed about 6 years ago. They needed repair. They came out right away and fixed them. I love their service and will be ordering all my blinds from them in the future!

The entire team at Custom Wood Shutters & Blinds is amazing! We needed window coverings for our new home, 18 windows. From my very first contact through the installation the team was engaged, professional, knowledgeable and caring! They made great suggestions and educated us on various styles, mechanics and made sure that our window coverings were not only going to fit the style of our home but would also meet our specific needs. Installation day was managed beautifully as all shades were adjusted adding to remotes and we were given a tutorial! We love our window coverings and thank everyone on the team for making our experience so easy! Run don’t walk to visit this team if you need window coverings!

I purchased blinds less than 2 years ago and had a problem with one of the blinds - they sent Aaron out and he was amazing, went above and beyond and really appreciated the great customer service. Also my blinds are so beautiful, I have bamboo shades with honeycomb behind and I am so happy with the purchase. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

You can't go wrong with this friendly family owned business. They did all of our shutters about 18 years ago and we had them back for a bathroom remodel. It was a custom large 2 panel dome shaped shutter that had to be waterproof and it turned out beautiful. Every aspect from measurement, quote, customer updates and installation was top notch, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this team. It's the kind of service and quality products that are hard to come by. Give them a call...you won't regret it.

Eron and Cindi were absolutely wonderful (and Mari was as well!!). We ordered multiple Hunter Douglas window treatments (shutters, regular roller shades, and the automated ones as well) and they all came out spectacularly. We were constantly updated by Mari about when our window treatments had been shipped and were then finally ready to install. Eron and his team did a great job installing everything. While not inexpensive, Cindi and Eron did everything to give us the best deal. If we could give them 10/5 stars, we would.
