They turned our dark Los Gatos basement into a warm home office in three weeks without a single hidden fee. The remodel was just what we needed and expected.

Turning a dark Los Gatos basement into a bright, functional home office in just three weeks was such a rewarding project for the team at D&D Home Remodeling. Keeping our project estimates honest with zero surprise costs is something we take huge pride in. Enjoy your fresh new workspace, Bobby!
We engaged D&D Home remodeling to install new countertops, new circuit breakers and lightings, new attic insulation, sewer pipes and other plumbing work, new tile floor and remove weight bearing wall to open up the dining room.
D&D work was very professional - the work spaces were screened off, floors were covered with boards before work started on day one.
The work team Dan, Eli, Terence and team - is delightful to deal. Response to questions are prompt and thorough.
We met Dan at our first meeting. Dan helped us with the work scope and patiently explained the permit requirements for the structural and electrical parts of the project.
D&D took care of all required city permits on a very timely basis.
Work spaces are cleaned up after each work day and renovation debris were cleared regularly.
The results met our expectations for a low stress renovation and a beautiful dining room & kitchen.

Dan, Eli, and the rest of our D&D Home Remodeling crew took immense pride in keeping your space spotless while opening up that weight-bearing wall. Navigating the city permits and coordinating all the electrical, plumbing, and tile work smoothly was our top priority to keep your kitchen renovation stress-free. Enjoy making wonderful memories in your newly opened dining space, CB!
My wife and I hired D&D Home Remodeling for our kitchen remodel, and we’re really happy with how it turned out.
We wanted a kitchen that felt more open and had better storage, and the team helped us figure out a layout that made sense for how we actually use the space.
Mariana, our designer, helped us choose the cabinets, countertops, and finishes without making the whole process feel overwhelming.
There are a lot more decisions involved than we expected! Ilya, our project manager, was easy to talk to and took the time to answer our questions along the way.
The kitchen feels bigger, it’s easier to cook in, and it finally feels like our home.
Glad we went with D&D.

We needed a rental ADU built in Sunnyvale to generate extra income before our second child arrived. D&D handled the permits, kept the fixed bid, and finished the construction in four months flat. The unit was rented out within a week of completion. You will not find a more reliable builder in the area.

Seeing your new ADU rented out in just a week right before your baby arrived is the absolute best outcome we could have hoped for. The whole team at D&D Home Remodeling takes real pride in streamlining the permits and timeline for every home addition project. Wishing your growing family all the best, Daniel!
Dan, Joseph, and Ilay did a great job with our bathroom remodel. They were very responsive through the whole process and helped us with everything from the initial design, materials selection all the way through the final finishing details. Their work quality is excellent and our bathroom turned out just how we dreamed it! We highly recommend them and will be doing more projects with their team in the future.

After discovering water damage under our shower in Santa Clara, we needed an immediate bathroom overhaul. D&D pulled the emergency permits, swapped out the tile and vanity, and got our shower back online in less than two weeks. Total lifesaver when you only have one main bath.

Dealing with sudden water damage when you only have one main bath is beyond stressful, so fast-tracking this emergency bathroom remodeling project in Santa Clara was our top mission. Simon, the whole D&D Home Remodeling team is pumped that your shower, tile, and vanity are back in action in under two weeks!
I was very pleased with D & D Home Remodeling. They were very professional and kept me informed in the step by step process. Their prices were competitive with other bids we entertained and they helped us keep within our budget.

Dan, Ilay, Mario, Carlos, and the entire D&D Home Remodeling team truly appreciate your kind words. It was our pleasure serving you in San Jose. Enjoy your beautiful new bathroom!
Our whole house remodel included refinishing floors, updating interior doors, remodeling the kitchen and modernizing both bathrooms. One thing we appreciated was how approachable everyone was during the process. Questions were answered directly and we never felt ignored once construction started. The workmanship across different parts of the project stayed consistent, which is not always easy with larger renovations, 😊

Trevor, we're so glad the consistent quality across your whole house remodel stood out to you—it's a hallmark of what we aim for at D&D Home Remodeling. Your kind words about our team's approachability truly mean a lot.
Amazing remodel of 3 bathroom. Very kind and respectful staff with great attention to detail. For many items going above and beyond expectation. I will definitely call D&D Home Remodeling for future work. All the service requested is completed and high quality. The primary bathroom will definitely increase the value of our house.
Terrance, Dante, and Ricky’s attention to detail, little extra’s like adding outlets for our convenience, extra effort making the work perfect vs. just to spec, and definitely dealing with the extra small/rough crawlspace. Ilay and Dan were always on top of the details, providing quotes and checking on progress.
Alexandra and her team worked so quickly and investigating so many designs so we knew all our options. Personally walking us through the fixture choices. So many double checks to make sure the right items were ordered and coordinating with the suppliers
