D&J construction did an extraordinary job at restoring my home. We had a water leak that seeped through our attic into our bedroom. Jose worked closely with our insurance adjuster to make sure they had all supporting documentation needed to start work. Once approved Jose and his team worked fast and efficiently drying out the attic, taking out all water damaged items and replacing them to where I can’t even tell where the damage occurred. I would recommend D&J construction to anyone looking for any home fixes, reconstruction, remodeling, or even just an inspection. My only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve used Jose for multiple projects over the last 12 years and have always been satisfied. He has done a huge ground up extension as well as retexture and paint. Big or small he can handle it

Jose understood my vision during the initial walkthrough. He provided a fair quote and a very reasonable timeframe to complete the project. And all the work was finished to my satisfaction on the exact day quoted. The team worked every day to ensure every detail was done right. Jose communicated throughout the project and stopped by frequently to check in and stay on point. D & J construction will be my first call for future projects!

We have an attic access from our garage. To get to the attic, I have to climb a ladder, then hoist myself up through the opening.
Due to recent health issues, I am unable to carry or climb a ladder.
My wife suggested an attic ladder. I searched ChatGPT for contractors. I left messages with two companies. Both called back, saying it was not something they do, but one company was professional enough to send me a link to a construction contractor.
I called D&J Construction and spoke to the owner, Jose, who said he could help me. We scheduled an appointment for the following morning, but about an hour later. He texted me to see if I was available at 5:30. I was available, and Jose promptly arrived at 5:30.
Jose looked at my attic location and offered suggestions, saying he would email me an estimate. Once the very fair and reasonable quote was approved, Jose stated his crew could be here at 8:00 the following morning.
The following morning, two gentlemen arrived early at
7:15. I did not mind the early arrival, knowing how hot it would be, and thought an early start would be helpful and appreciated; they immediately got to work.
All told, the install took about three hours. The result was exactly what I wanted: an aluminum pulldown ladder. They even finished off the opening with new casing molding. They even protected our refrigerator and shelving.
The two workers were exceedingly professional, respectful, and polite.
I sent pictures to my kids, who now want to install an attic ladder in their homes!
Very pleased with Jose and his team!

Jose and his team were the best contracting work I have ever came across in Arizona. Their attention to detail is what set them apart. Jose and his team did drywall, stucco, and painting. They patched more than 15 1x1 squares with drywall, and 3 holes with stucco. They matched the paint perfectly, and did so inexpensively. Jose and his team got the job done quickly and his communication was extremely immediate. Which was refreshing. Any time I need work done in the future, Jose will be my first call. I was extremely impressed.
Thank you for the wonderful review! We truly appreciate your kind words and are glad you were happy with the drywall, stucco, and painting work. Providing quality workmanship, attention to detail, and great communication is always our goal. We look forward to helping with any future projects. Thanks again for your support!

My husband and I recently hired D & J Consultation Services for a home renovation project, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From start to finish, Jose and his team were professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled.
Right from the initial consultation, their communication was top-notch. They listened to our ideas and provided valuable suggestions that enhanced the overall design. Regular updates throughout the project kept us in the loop, which we really appreciated.

We had our kitchen remodeled by D and J Construction Services and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The countertops and cabinets look incredible, and the whole space feels brand new. The quote was fair, they stayed on budget, communicated regularly, and finished the project in under 3 weeks. Jose was especially great to work with and was super helpful. Highly recommend them.
