****Lowering to a one star cause they wanna make it look like im lying and it was only a $10 increase when infact I paid $60 more***Got charge 160 tax included*.for a boiler cleaning that took about 35 minutes Normally pay around 92-100. Their technicians are great, friendly, know their job and answer any questions you have. When I called and asked why it went up 60 dollars in one year I was told they have been charging me for furnace cleaning since 2018 even though im very clear when I call that its a boiler. I understand the mistake but they set the precedent of pricing me for a furnace cleaning well I was honest about it being a boiler. On top of that they didnt run a special this year like every year past...so raise the price and no special in one year. At the very least the difference should of been split with an increase of 30 over last year. Ive been loyal since 2018 keeping them as my service provider. I guess I was wrong for expecting the same in return.

Due to rising labor and operating expenses, we adjusted our standard rate and elected not to offer a promotional discount this fall. We apologize for any confusion or lack of communication regarding this change.

We have worked with D’Angelos for many years, for everything from basic plumbing work to installation of a new AC unit, sump pumps, hot water heaters, and most recently a new furnace. It’s always easy to schedule an appointment, technicians arrive on time, and the work is completed in a quality fashion. This time was no exception - Jeff and Conner did a great job!
David just finished our annual service on our tankless water heater, AC, and furnace. He noted an issue with the water heater and setup an appointment for next week.
