Customers consistently describe Dade Appraisals as professional, punctual, and thorough, noting quick turnaround times and clear communication for both residential and commercial properties. Reviewers appreciate the detailed reports and the appraisers' ability to explain the valuation process effectively. The few negative reviews cite high costs for document copies and one instance where a complex job was declined due to limited comparable sales data.

Im glad you contacted us for your appraisal needs. Thank you and call us anytime you have any appraisal related questions.
I chose Mr. Virgil out of three different appraisal companies that I had come out and what made me choose him was that I ask him a question how do I know? I’m getting an accurate appraisal by using your firm and he pretty much showed me a list of things that he checks and that impressed me because the other companies I called out when I asked him that question they just said oh we check this and check that but you know I didn’t feel confident that the other companies were gonna give me an accurate appraisal over Mr. Virgil. He’s truly a professional he knows his appraisal business..
