Customers highlight the clean environment, professional technique, and reasonable pricing for standard services. However, recurring criticisms involve unexpected additional charges, including mandatory tip minimums and disputed upcharges for extended sessions or specific treatments, which some visitors found misleading.

My massage therapist was Lee and he was amazing. It was my first time at a massage parlor and as a woman, I can say he made me feel safe and very comfortable. Prior to the visit, I was stiff and had a lot of pain in my shoulder and neck. Afterwards, I was feeling refreshed and relaxed with little to no pain. Thank you Lee!

The massage from Anna was superb! Delivered with certifiably professional hands and exceptional technique that made the entire session memorable.
Unfortunately, arranging the appointment involved dealing with an apprehensive manager who came across as oddly defensive, which gave me the strong impression that they didn’t want my business. That stung, especially since I give good tips to show appreciation for the hard work.
I was also distracted by the constant sound of microwaves and cooking noise coming from the hallway, and it ultimately led me to look elsewhere for future visits.
Highly recommend Anna, though. I didn't have a chance to make appointments with anyone else.

Hi Hadrian, thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. We’re really happy to hear Anna provided such excellent care and made your session memorable.
We’re also sorry to hear that parts of your experience during booking and the environment did not meet expectations. Your comments are truly valuable and will be taken seriously as we continue to improve our service and guest experience.
We appreciate your support and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future.
