Customers praise Dalco Contractors and Roofing for professional service, clear communication, and fair pricing. Reviewers highlight punctuality, thorough cleanup, and assistance with insurance claims for services like roof replacements, repairs, and gutter installations. One criticism involves an initial ground-level inspection that led to a denied claim, causing frustration over unnecessary premium increases before a proper on-site assessment was performed.

We needed a full roof replacement on our older home and were nervous about the whole process. The team made it easy from day one. They helped us understand our options and handled everything without confusion. The crew worked hard, cleaned up well, and finished when they said they would. The house looks great now.

Dalco installed gutters and leaf guards on our Dallas home along with minor roof repairs. Gutters pitched right, downspouts directed away from foundation, no leaks at seams after heavy rain. Good local company.

What really stood out this time was how well they worked with me on the look of the roof. They took the time to make sure I got exactly the shingle color I had in mind, and it turned out even better than I expected.
The install itself was incredibly efficient. They completed the entire job in a single day, and when they left, the property was cleaner than when they arrived. That level of attention to detail is rare.
If you’re looking for a roofing company that’s professional, responsive, and delivers top-quality results, I highly recommend Dalco Contractors and Roofing.

We’re glad we could make the insurance process smooth and stress-free for you—that’s always one of our top priorities. It was also great working with you on the shingle color to make sure everything came out exactly how you wanted.
Our crew takes pride in working efficiently and leaving every job site clean, so we’re happy to hear that stood out to you.
Thanks again for your continued trust and support—we’re always here if you need anything in the future!

These guys are on time and they did a great job! Brook is very easy to work with and very professional and courteous. I've never had a roof replaced before and when I saw how well they cleaned up after everything was completed, I was very pleased with the quality of the work.
