We did a deep cleaning with Dallas Maids. The team A did an amazing job (Josefina and Claudia) which not only met our specific needs but went above and beyond our expectations. We’re very happy and grateful for the team, and would strongly recommend them to other families!
My experience with Dallas Maids was nothing short of outstanding. After dealing with an earlier cleaning crew that failed to perform even the most basic tasks, Dallas Maids arrived promptly, greeted me with professionalism, and immediately demonstrated the level of courtesy and respect any client should expect.…
I recently had Dallas maids come and do a deep clean of my apartment and I was thrilled when I got home. They did an amazing job and I have signed up for monthly cleanings.
Monica does a great job and I especially like when they send a helper. They’re great can clean my large house in under 3 hrs. I have large dogs which shed a lot and the shedding and working with them in the house is no problem.
Yesica was great. She was friendly and did a fantastic job. My place hasn’t looked this clean since the day I moved in. Thanks Yesica and Dallas maids!
To start off, I am a super picky person and I know that which is why I always try to do my best to communicate what I need and what I want in advance. Dallas Maids Angela and Jessica are amazing. Angela was very good and at communicating and keeping in contact when issue arise. Jessica came in person to inspect the…
Dallas Maids has come our house several times, and they are absolutely wonderful. Excellent price for excellent service, and their flexibility has really helped us in multiple instances. We recently had Josefina work with us, and she was absolutely wonderful. Hyper diligent, kind, funny, and the absolute consummate…
Josefina came by and did an amazing job. Will not hesitate to reach out again.
We don't get a maid often, mostly once a year to give the house a nice reset. Maria came and did a very thorough job and I am thrilled with the results. The only "issue" I had was in the booking process, but the team at Dallas Maids was very responsive and made sure that everything was still handled in a timely manner. Would recommend!
Excellent service and very thorough. Paid for a deep clean and was really impressed with the results. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
The woman who came (‘Luz’ pronounced I believe like ‘loose’) - was the most incredible person. She changed my life in about 2.5 hours. A job I thought was impossible… she made effortless. She arranged my closet, so now I am dressing better because I can find things. She organized my belongings so that I can find…
Daniela was awesome! She was very thorough, courteous and pleasant. Would love to have her back again
So happy with the deep clean provided by Maria & Citlalli!! The level of detail and attention they took was more than we expected and our house feels completely different and brand new! I also felt the services were affordable and appropriately priced so I highly reccomend their services!!
Daniela did an excellent job! Dallas Maids was able to accommodate my short notice for a move out deep cleaning after another company canceled on me. The service included cleaning the refrigerator, oven, and cabinets, and everything was left spotless. The team was also very friendly and helpful over the phone. I…
Dallas Maids is a great, locally owned company. I booked them to clean our home after reading the reviews and I'm glad I did. The staff cares about their work and helps keep our home looking great.
Could not be more pleased.
Daniella was INCREDIBLE, I am so pleased with how it turned out. I’ve never used a cleaning service and am so happy I did. The house feels fresh (I did the deep clean and would 100% recommend you treat yourself to the same)
I've hired Dallas Maids multiple times and they always do an amazing job. Easy to book and great customer service.
I am new to the area and looking for a service and Dallas Maids came through. They sent two of the best professionals and got my space in tiptop shape and offered a reasonable discount for a bi monthly service. I am very happy with the choice and grateful for their help 10 out of 10 recommend
Great experience - friendly team members and thorough cleaning!
Now I know why Dallas Maids gets so many 5-star reviews! I requested a deep clean, and Diona and Alma really delivered! They worked for 4 hours straight, navigating around my kitties, and banishing stains, cat hair, and dust. Excellent job! I will be a repeat customer.
Fantastic people, no matter who comes. Well, worth every penny. They do thorough work and are very honest.
We had a great experince with Dallas Maids. Our provider arrived in the window of start time and got right to it! We had multiple add-ons with our service and she stayed for 8 hours making sure the house was spotless and the job was done. I have already booked another visit with them!
We had Maria M. Service our home this week and couldn’t be happier. We have a dog so the place does get pretty dusty at times, but she was very attentive and cleaned very nook and cranny. At the end she even asked us to walk through to see if she had missed anything, but she of course did not. We certainly will be using this service regularly.
Diana and Alma did an amazing job with the deep clean. The space is sparking clean!
Karyme and Monica have now cleaned my place twice, and both were very hard working, put forth excellent effort. Absolutely recommend and will have my repeat business in the future.
I absolutely love this service! I call, email or submit an inquiry and my place is immediately clean… Keep up the great work, Dallas Maids!
Friendly service. Great job with cleaning.
I have been using Dallas Maids for a couple of years and find them to be excellent and dependable. They are a delight to work with.
This service was so, so good! It was more than I expected actually. The professional arrived and went straight to work. She worked hard and fast for four hours or more (and our house is not even that big!). I was a little concerned about the price of the service but after she left, I feel like it was completely…
This is the second time I've used Dallas Maids, and my second review. The cleaner that came to clean my apartment was very professional and did an amazing job. Being disabled cleaning has thoroughly as needed has been an issue for me, so I'm really appreciative of a service like this and the quality job that was performed.
We are consistently pleased with Dallas Maids. I would highly recommend them.
First time using a cleaning service and was very happy with the experience we had with Dallas Maids. Will definitely use their service again!!
We had someone cancel on us last minute for a move out clean (not relate to this company) . Dallas Maids was able to help us get our place clean just in time and they did a fabulous job even though it was last minute. Was impressed by the ease of booking, communication, and overall cleanliness. Our place looked good as new after they were done.
When selling my home recently, had Dallas maids come to deep clean / prepare the house for listing photos. They did a great job and I will gladly work with them again for future cleaning services.
Very detailed and thorough cleaning. I feel so much better now that my house is soooo clean! I highly recommend this service to anyone in the area.
The service was fantastic. The ladies were on time, very thorough and worth every cent. The place was spotless when they were finished without any interruption to my work schedule.
Cecilia was the best cleaner I've ever had! She was detailed and went above and beyond. I haven't found a cleaner I would rebook until now!
Update: Dallas Maids are nice people. They offered to send another crew out. I declined. They are giving a refund of the payment I made. Disappointed in Dallas Maids. A team of three ladies came to do a deep clean. They were here around 4 hours total. I had to call them back because the house was not clean. They…
I have been using their service for few months. They are consistently great and they go above and beyond to clean your home to make it look beautiful. Keep it up guys!
The two ladies did a fantastic job of cleaning the house. It had been neglected for almost a year and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them!!!
Great service! The crew was professional and very thorough.
This was an excellent experience! Liliana was super professional and paid close attention to detail. I tried to keep my cat out of her way while she was working and she treated her so kindly. My home feels brand new. Thank you so much!
I’ve used Dallas Maids for two cleanings now and I’ve been blown away both times! The maids are always timely and the admin team is very responsive. My place has never felt so clean and I love being able to take my weekends back to focus on my life instead of spending hours cleaning my place from the chaos of the…
I wanted to add a quick update to say that after 3 years, I still could not be any happier with Dallas Maids. If you are in need of a professional cleaning service, look no further. You cannot go wrong with Dallas Maids! Dallas Maids is absolutely awesome! I had given up on cleaning services because they left me…
The service was fantastic. My place was a mess, with tons of pet hair, built up grime, dust, dishes, you name it. My maid took the time to get everything done the right way and I was so happy with how everything turned out. She was very polite and friendly as well. Will totally be using this service again.
I scheduled a deep cleaning and window washing for my 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Liliana, the cleaner exceeded my expectations. She made my house look brand new! I’ve never seen the tub and sinks so white before. She also wiped down the lightbulbs which had a lot of dust. She took her time and the attention to detail…
Friendly, thorough, and quick
I have a 2BR 2 BA condo and asked for a deep clean. She was here for over 4 hours and I think my condo was cleaner than when I moved in. I absolutely recommend them. Wow. Very impressed!!
Dallas Maids did a wonderful job cleaning my apartment while I'm recovering from surgery and unable to clean myself. I was thrilled with their attention to detail, responsiveness, and professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great cleaning service.
I requested for a one time deep/move-out cleaning service in order to have my apartment ready for move out. Dallas maids responded swiftly and handled my requests (such as calling 30 minutes prior) so I can open/close the door while I worked throughout the day else where. Reina was sent and I had no issues with the…
On time, Great communication, cleaned every square inch, ten sliding glass doors inside and out better than new. Will use them again and will tell friends.
They did a great job would use again.
Absolutely loved them! Will be using them again and it will be reoccurring. My wife was pleased and the job was done with detail. I would definitely recommend this company!
Honest, thorough, professional are a few words that come to mind. What really sold me on Dallas Maids was when my wife came home, after a long day, smiled from ear to ear and said 'Wow! This house looks amazing.'
Very happy with the professional and great service Dallas Maids has provided me!
Susan did a great job! She was very friendly and diligent, will definitely use Dallas Maids on a monthly basis.
I just had my second of every 2 week cleans. First was a deep clean and inside oven, this time I got inside cabinets and refrigerator along with standard clean of every other room. It took me so long to pull the trigger. Hiring a maid service felt like a failure. When I tell you I have NO regrets I am serious.…
Susan was awesome. She came in and although they typically send 2 or more maids, she was all alone this day, and she performed a deep clean on my home as if she had the power of 2 people. Definitely recommend this place.
Dallas Maids are amazing !! They were prompt and fast. I was impressed with the quality of there work. I have hired other maid services and was disappointed. If you want an amazing job hire Dallas Maids
