Seems like a very complex pricing structure, separate prices to bring the equipment into my home, odd. I only had three area rugs to be cleaned, under the square footage for the minimum charge. It was suggested that I add some tiled areas so I did. The tech warned me about a line between clean and dirty, I didn’t realize how much different it would be. I wish he’d showed me how different it was before he cleaned up. It’s very noticeable now that the floor is dry. So I’ll have to hire someone else to clean the rest of the tile, sigh…

Dianne, thank you for your feedback. While we're glad you recognized the noticeable difference our cleaning made to your tile and grout, we're disappointed your overall experience didn't meet your expectations. We'd like to clarify a few details, as clear communication, exceptional results, and extraordinary care are extremely important to us.
Regarding pricing, our $99 setup fee covers dispatching our professional truck-mounted equipment, setup and breakdown, and our detailed site protection protocol, including door seals, shoe covers, corner guards, protective wraps, and speed-drying fans. These measures reflect our commitment to protecting our clients' homes and providing a higher level of service.
Your original phone estimate was $282, while your final invoice was just $262.60. That's $19.40 less than quoted. We don't compete to be the cheapest cleaning company; we strive to deliver exceptional quality, professional service, and outstanding value.
Regarding your tile and grout, Brian specifically explained BEFORE cleaning that stopping in the middle of an open tiled area would likely create a noticeable difference between the cleaned and uncleaned sections. He recommended extending the cleaning to a natural stopping point, such as a doorway, to prevent exactly what you've described. However, we respect our clients' decisions regarding their budget and requested services, so Brian proceeded as you instructed.
Brian also conducted a complete post-service inspection with you. According to his account, you both closely examined the cleaned tile, including the edges near the grout lines you mentioned were difficult to clean. No concerns were raised during that inspection, and Brian left believing you were pleased with the results. You even kindly provided him with a tip, which he appreciated.
Additionally, Brian cleaned two closets at no charge. When you pointed out another spot on an area rug that wasn't included in the original cleaning request, he offered to bring his equipment back inside to address it for FREE. These are examples of the extraordinary care we encourage our technicians to provide.
Our goal is never to "nickel and dime" our clients. When requested services fall below our minimum service order, we encourage technicians to offer additional cleaning opportunities so clients receive maximum value for their investment.
We understand that seeing such a dramatic difference between cleaned and uncleaned tile can be frustrating. However, that difference also demonstrates the effectiveness of our cleaning process.
Although Brian explained this possibility beforehand and completed the work according to your requested scope, we'd still like to help. We're happy to return and clean the remaining tiled area while waiving our normal minimum service order requirement. You would only pay the agreed-upon cost of the additional cleaning.
Dianne, we take tremendous pride in our work and believe Brian went above and beyond to communicate clearly, respect your decisions, and provide exceptional value. We're sorry you were ultimately disappointed and hope you'll allow us to help you achieve the finished result you're looking for.
Thank you again for your business and feedback.
