Staff are described as friendly, patient with late arrivals, and responsive to communication needs, often accommodating short-notice appointments. One reviewer noted a discrepancy where a quoted price was not honored, resulting in a significantly higher final fee that led them to choose a different provider.

Great photographer and an even greater person. Would recommend to anyone for any occasion.
Thanks!
Matt took our corporate headshots and he was AMAZING. Throughout the entire planning process and session, Matt was very friendly, patient and responsive. He made everything easy. I received nothing but great compliments about Matt’s work and professionalism from my coworkers. Also, they offered the best pricing/package in Jax. Highly recommended for your corporate headshots! I can’t wait to see the finished photos!

I wish I could leave a before and after picture of the restoration work the Dan Harris photographer did on my baby picture. They saved my life! It was the only photo of myself as a child.
Glad to help. We will post the before and after on our website.
Dan was fantastic and the headshots turned out great.
Thanks for the review, Max. Happy we could create a professional headshot for you.
We all live and enjoy the digital age in many aspects for sure. I looked up the phrase "a picture says a thousand words" and found that it is attributed to many sources. Many days I find myself looking for ways to reduce my time on laptops, phones etc. and spending even more time on them looking at my photos wasn't a way. I have used Dan Harris PhotoArt to restore photos that hold precious memories that I have incorporated into actual living spaces in my home. To simply walk by an notice these photos is a treasure. I discovered most online restoration services advertised as local and family owned were actually businesses overseas with questionable practices. Dan Harris was professional, highly skilled and talented AND truly local!
Thanks for your review. Glad we can be a part of preserving your heritage and bringing joy to your life!
