Dan and his crew just completed painting our exterior house, trim and windows and we couldn’t be happier!
We could not be happier with the job Dan's foreman Johnny and his crew did! They painted 3 large bedrooms, our master bathroom and 4 doors. They even added texture to a wall they were painting that had a chalkboard painted on it. It all looks AMAZING!!! If I more thumbs I would give them more than two thumbs up.…

We had my exterior windows, eaves and soffits painted. We live in a 100 year historical home that had been painted many times. Dans group of professional painters did an incredible job and were all very nice to work with. We would highly recommend him.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a positive review! My crew and I really appreciate the kind words, Thanks again for choosing Dan Keenan Paint Co. for Far North Dallas Area
These guys were exceptional. Johnny the superintendent/ partner was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional as well as knowledgeable. He did everything he said he would do. The paint crew was great as well. Very nice guys, easy to work with. They did a Beautiful job and it was done in a very reasonable time frame. They painted as well as made some drywall and baseboard repairs. We gave them the code to the garage, they came and went without incident. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the work was excellent. We didn’t actually meet Dan until the end, which was fine, he was also a super nice guy. We are extremely happy with the results and would use them again without hesitation. We would highly recommend using this company anytime. I am a retired insurance adjuster and have dealt with contractors for over 40 years. These guys were one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. The kicker was we had to chase them to pay them ! Amazing ! Lol 👍👍
Thank you for your trust with your project Michael. Your recommendation for not only our work but for our customer service is very appreciated. #Dallas

We could not be happier with the quality of the work and communication from Dan. He repainted the entire exterior of our home, including the brick, trim, and windows, and the results exceeded our expectations. As homeowners moving from halfway across the country, we needed estimates for multiple projects and ended up getting around 10 different quotes. Dan stood out immediately. He was by far the best communicator—honest, straightforward, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He gave thoughtful guidance on paint colors, finishes, and products without ever trying to upsell us. Because we were out of town during the project, Dan sent daily photo updates so we always knew exactly how things were progressing. He also looked out for our best interests, pointing out areas that didn't actually need to be painted (like some upstairs window trim), which saved us money instead of adding to the bill. What impressed us most was his integrity and attention to detail. Even after the project was complete, he asked us not to pay until we had seen everything in person and completed a walkthrough. He also went above and beyond in ways we never expected—taking a screen door back to his shop to repaint it and make it slide better, and taking care of small touch-ups that my wife and I honestly never would have noticed. It's rare to find someone who combines exceptional craftsmanship with this level of professionalism, honesty, and customer service. Dan did a spectacular job, and we truly could not be happier with the result. We would choose him again 100 out of 100 times and recommend him without hesitation.
Elliott, We here at Dan Keenan Paint Company, Inc. are so pleased your expectations were not only met, but exceeded! It is a pleasure to work with someone who also has great communicative skills. If you ever need us for and interior redo, we are ready and waiting. Thank you! #Midway Hollow

Thank you so much, Judy! We truly appreciate your kind words and the opportunity to work on your beautiful 100-year-old historical home in the Swiss Avenue Historic District in Dallas. It was a pleasure working with you, and we're glad you're happy with the exterior painting . Thank you for your business Dan Keenan Paint Co.
I recently hired Dan Keenan Paint Company to patch and paint three rooms in my two-story house. The crew was professional, prompt, and communicated when they we would show up in the morning, take a lunch break, and when they would be leaving at the end of the day. The finished result exceeded my expectations. I would not only hire them again, but I would also recommend them to others. Overall, a positive experience.
Dear Mindy, Thank you we truly appreciate your review and are happy you are pleased with the finished project. Lake Highlands, TX
Dan Keenan Paint Company was incredibly helpful and professional. I had a chimney company perform repairs at my home, but when they repainted the brick, they were unable to match the existing color. I reached out to Dan Keenan Paint Company to see if they could help, and they were able to match the color exactly. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. Dan Keenan called me back the same day to discuss the issue, talk through my options, and offer his advice. Their project manager, Jony, came out to my house that same day to take a look, and then returned the following day after taking the time to match the color and present different options. I’m incredibly thankful for how responsive, thoughtful, and helpful they were. They really helped me resolve a frustrating situation, and I will definitely be using them again for future painting projects around my house. Highly recommend.
Dear Shaun, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and we are pleased we could get the color match and leave you with positive results. Look forward to working with you again with any future projects. Bishop Arts District
