Needed our g.e. combo washer/ dryer repaired. The washer would turn on by itself. Called and a dispatcher took all my information and we scheduled a day for them to come out. They provided a window of time when to expect them. Sure enough, they came within that time frame. After accessing the problem, the tech. gave a firm price( which we agreed to) . He had the required part and did the work. It took about an hour to complete. The tech. was very polite and easy to talk to/ ask questions. After installation,the tech. did a walk thru for us on proper washing operation ( who knew! Actually learned something). This was a great experience. Highly recommend them.
