I cannot recommend Danielle enough. Planning a wedding is an extremely daunting process, the biggest event my husband and I ever hosted and I could not imagine how I possibly could have done it on my own. We used her essential design plan, I likened to having a faculty advisor. I could ask her any questions, get her insight on key vendor meetings, vendor recommendations, and then on the day of the wedding she and her team handled everything so we could just enjoy the party. Danielle has an eye for detail, great insight on what you'll need for the event to go well as well as the things that are nice to have but not necessary. She's also so fun and warm, the perfect person to have in your corner during such a wild and hectic process!

We could not have asked for a better wedding planner than Danielle. From the very start, she took the time to understand our vision and then patiently helped us find a venue that matched it - going through a wide range of domestic and international options until we found the perfect fit. That patience carried through the entire planning process. She found vendors who balanced our budget with our style, and she walked us through details we wouldn't have known to think about, like florals and table settings, with a level of care and attention that made all the difference. One thing that really stood out: Danielle never pushed us into a decision, but she also never let us drift. She'd let us know when something was time-sensitive or when she felt we needed to move forward - and that balance of respect and guidance is rare. Our daughter’s wedding in Tuscany, Italy, in April was nothing short of magical, and we are forever grateful to Danielle Demarco Events for creating such a perfect and unforgettable experience. From beginning to end, every detail was handled with elegance, warmth, and incredible professionalism. What impressed us most was the ability to adapt seamlessly to changes along the way — everything unfolded so smoothly that it truly felt like clockwork. One of the most touching moments of the day was the beautiful violin trio performing music that was deeply meaningful to the bride and groom, along with favorite songs of beloved family members who were there “in spirit.” It created such an emotional and unforgettable atmosphere that many of us will carry forever in our hearts. The entire celebration felt magical, romantic, and flawlessly executed. Tuscany was the dream setting, but Danielle Demarco Events brought the dream to life in a way we could never have imagined. I attended the most fabulous wedding of my entire life at a villa in Italy that Danielle coordinated. She was amazing! Every detail was taken care of to perfection. Another thing I appreciated about her was her calm, friendly, and Supportive attitude during the entire event. She always had a smile on her face and did constant check ins with people to ensure everything was going perfectly. For the wedding of your dreams, I highly recommend Danielle!

We discovered Danielle from a list of recommended wedding planners from our venue, and selected her to do an essential design plan for our wedding at Amaterra. We had the time to be more involved in the vendor logistics, but really wanted creative help, vendor recommendations, and day-of coordination. She ran with a few inspiration pictures of other weddings and interior design that we liked, and created a beautiful design plan that helped guide our vendors. Her vendor recommendations were not low budget but every one was excellent and we felt very worth the cost. Every meeting we had with her was fun and helped us feel at ease. She ran with every idea we had - we mentioned dreaming of doing a shoe check in our first meeting, and she sourced the coolest decor and shelves, hired the perfect person to manage it, and had her team help direct guests on where to go day of. At another point, I complained about the early start time, and within 24 hours, the beauty schedule was adjusted so I got an extra hour of sleep. Where Danielle really shined was at the rehearsal & wedding. She had great communication with the other vendors the week leading up to the wedding. Day of, she was calm and collected, accessible, and thought of so many little touches to take the day to another level. Her team was amazing and went above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. From our perspective, the day could not have gone better.

We chose Danielle as our wedding planner with her partial plan and we are SO happy we did. With her guidance, support and expertise, our experience planning was enjoyable, even in the stressful moments. It was all so worth it when it came to wedding day and we had the the most magical day, it exceeded our expectations!! Truly, it blew us out of the water seeing everything we had talked about come together. She handled the day off with grace and tackled any problem that came up without bringing my husband and I into the mix. We wish we could do it all over again with Danielle and the amazing vendor team that she helped us bring together!!!!
