If you want the job done right the first time, take your car here. They are incredibly knowledgeable and expert problem-solvers. They fixed an ongoing issue that another shop completely missed. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and loyal shop set them apart from the rest. 5 stars all the way!
Incredibly friendly and straightforward. I called and he gave me a time to come in despite already having other work. He took the time to look over the car, diagnosed the problem, and gave me a clear explanation of what needed to be done without trying to upsell me on anything. He was very considerate of my budget, talked me through the work that made sense for the car, and within minutes sat down and put together a clear quote. The whole interaction felt personal and honest. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and treated me like a person rather than just another customer. He even noticed the latch on my hood wasn't working properly and fixed it unprompted while he was looking at the car. *UPDATE* After getting the car back, I'm somehow even more impressed with the quality of the work. I dropped it off the night before, and despite the amount of work it needed, he had my car ready the following day. While the car was there, we also addressed an old battery that needed replacing and a long-overdue oil change. He even noticed my tires were due for a rotation, took care of that, and cleaned up the engine bay before returning the car. The difference is incredible. I've owned this car for years and genuinely don't remember it ever driving or sounding this good. The exhaust repair in particular is so clean that it feels like a complete replacement. Everything feels solid, quiet, and exceptionally well put together. What impressed me just as much was that even after looking over the rest of the car, he was honest about what could wait. He pointed out a couple of maintenance items I'll eventually need without pressuring me to have them done now. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
I went with Dapper Auto for my first ever maintenance check and it could not have been better. JD is a great guy who’s going to guide you effectively with whatever problem or questions you have. He also has very fair prices so I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs their car checked up.

John literally saved my life! Saturday night, engine overheated 2 miles down the road. I called Dapper Auto - they weren’t even open and John and Greg were there in TEN MINUTES !! Immediately had answers and fixed my car. In awe at their customer service and efficiency. Also - nicest guys !!!!! We were vibing. Thank you!
Had an emergency flat tire while out doing deliveries and needed help fast. I called Dapper Auto and John immediately told me to come down. Keep in mind this was around 8–9 PM on a Friday night, and he was still incredibly friendly, down to earth, and willing to help. He fixed the problem within minutes and honestly was a total lifesaver. It’s hard to find genuine, good people who actually care, and John is definitely one of them. Great mechanic, great service, and just an all-around solid person. I’ll definitely be using John for all my auto needs going forward. Highly recommend!

John was so helpful and kind. My sister and I noticed a strange noise coming from the front of our car and stopped at Dapper Auto, the nearest mechanic. Within 20 minutes, it was resolved and we were back on the road. Definitely recommend!
