Customers frequently praise the shop's clean atmosphere, friendly communication, and precise cuts, noting that staff often accommodate children and take pride in their work. However, recurring complaints highlight significant issues with punctuality, with several reviewers reporting long waits beyond scheduled appointment times. Additional criticisms include instances where barbers did not follow specific style requests or provide mirrors for final checks, alongside a policy requiring cash for tips.

Truly outstanding experience from start to finish!
I brought my son in for a haircut and couldn’t have been happier with how it went. The barber “Nicolas” was absolutely amazing. He was kind, patient, and so warm with my son the entire time. On top of that he was charming and genuinely humorous, keeping the conversation light and fun so my son felt completely comfortable and at ease. The whole shop had such a great vibe too; it felt welcoming and relaxed rather than rushed or stuffy. Everything about the experience was enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be bringing my son back. Highly recommend this place! Thank you Nicolas!
