We have a 19-year-old Frigidaire stackable washer and dryer. Recently the dryer started making a squeaky noise. I called DARA and talked to Leo first. He was prompt and communicative. He scheduled Ian for the repair. Altogether there were three visits: diagnosis, replacing a part (which didn’t solve the problem), and replacing a second part, which solved the problem. We paid $405 for both labor and materials/parts. We are glad Ian extended the lifespan of this old dryer.

We're glad Leo provided prompt communication and that Ian's persistence in diagnosing and replacing the necessary parts helped resolve the squeaking issue. We understand how important it is to keep a reliable appliance running, especially one that has served your household for nearly two decades.
It's rewarding to know we could help extend the life of your dryer rather than have you replace it. We truly appreciate your patience throughout the repair process and your support of our team. Thank you again for choosing Dara Appliance Repair!

Dara is great! I had issues multiple times with Hobart for fixing our under counter dish machine. After 4 times of fixes over the past year and terrible customer service I decided to try Dara.
They have great customer service, professional engineers and fast and convenient service. I will continue to use Dara for future repairs

My Bosch dishwasher broke with the error code indicating heat pump failure. I called Dara, they came out the next day to inspect it, confirmed which part failed, and said they needed to order a replacement part. One week later the part arrived and they called me to schedule installation the next day. Dishwasher works as it should now. I got prompt, professional service from Dara and it cost me less than half what Bosch themselves quoted. I would be happy to hire this outfit again.
