We ordered our wedding cakes from here - a vanilla sheet cake for guests and smaller chocolate gluten friendly cake for the wedding party - both were absolutely stunning and delicious! Jenyce was super communicative and the staff were so helpful when we picked up the cakes. Darlin' is a go to spot for us for treats and coffee and we'd recommend them for wedding desserts as well!

Got cinnamon roll, one s’mores roll, coffee cake, and a pop tart.
The rolls were so dry. The coffee cake was hard as a rock and the pop tart was as well. You take one bite and it was like eating a hard chip.
Was not good at all. My 4th time ever going and would not recommend any bakery items. Especially with how expensive it was and no one even ate the food. We all took one or two bites and left.

I ordered custom cookies for my friend's bridal shower and they were a HIT! They were the talk of the party - looked so gorgeous and tasted delicious. I sent a photo of the shower invite for inspiration, and Darlin' Bakery did a fantastic job! Our company has ordered from Darlin' in the past for work events and we are so impressed each time with how the cookies turn out. Super awesome!

This morning I picked up 50 cookies for my daughter’s wedding rehearsal. On the way out the door I promptly dropped all 50. Sam the baker on staff at the time was very gracious and helpful. She is amazing and repaired every cookie as good as new. I am forever grateful.
For anyone looking for a bakery with beyond excellence service, I highly recommend Darlin’ Bakery in Stewartville MN. It’s only a short drive from Rochester.
BTW they taste amazing too.

Darlin just made cupcakes for our wedding and they were absolutely amazing, we waited all year to be able to try them again! I gave a 4 due to me paying for a delivery fee and then last minute telling me they were unable. It was all figured out and the cupcakes were stunning. Thank you so much for everything, we still can't wait to come back.
