Our service technician was very friendly and very punctual. He did a full home inspection before starting his work, pointed out things that could be potentially the issue and ways we could correct them. Price, given the area we are in I find this reasonable.

Had gopher issue. Dash baited suspect areas and set traps. Caught gopher in one day. Set new traps. I have been completely satisfied with Dash service. Dash is professional. They are responsive, competent, and willing to work with their customers to resolve any questions and most importantly resolve the gopher issues.
Had an ant problem. Dash scheduled is promptly. The rep notified us prior to arrival and showed up on time. Andy, asked good questions in order to familiarize himself with the problem and from there IDed the source and handled the problem. Excellent service.

Dash is all of the above. I’ve never had a problem and they’ve been there when I needed them in emergencies.
David. P is always on it. Comes takes care of the traps then comes and ask if we have seen any other issues that have to delt with before he goes on wit his day!!
