Do not do business with them if you have a choice. Called them out early in the year for a NEW AC unit that had stopped working and was told everything would be under warranty, parts and labor and never received a bill, the problem was just given a temporary fix apparently as it started having the same issues again. When called this time I was told it would be $500 in labor to replace a breaker that took all of 15 minutes for the tech to install because I was no longer under warranty even though the issue was never truly corrected when still under warranty the first time. Was given the number of the manager Chris who once he knew I had an issue decided to ignore all of my calls, voicemail, and texts to him and once they finally came back a week later to fix it, they threatened to call the police on me due to theft of their service. This company is about as uncaring and unprofessional as it gets and is only out for money trying to charge a 1000x markup on labor. Even after all said and done they made the new home builder cover the bill because they were unwilling to accept any fault in the matter. They don’t even have record of their first tech coming to the house because in their system they “cancelled” the trip although he definitely did “repairs” to it. An absolute disgrace in customer service and not how you do business at all.
The technician showed up earlier than expected. He was very personable and professional. He put booties over his shoes and got to work. We are very pleased with the service he performed.
