Customers consistently describe Daugherty Flooring as professional, with staff offering helpful guidance during product selection and maintaining clear communication throughout the installation process. Reviewers highlight the quality of carpet and LVP work, noting that projects are completed on time with careful attention to detail and thorough cleanup. While most feedback is positive, two low-star reviews cite a recurring issue where no one arrived for scheduled appointments.

We had such a great experience from start to finish. Britnie was so much fun to talk to and was very helpful! Brad was responsive and did such a great job with the install! We love the carpet and if we should have flooring needs in the future, we will be back!
