Poor property management company, I wish my landlord never used it. Maintenance requests go unanswered or so they send someone who has no idea what they’re doing to try to fix your issue, I had people come out and never follow back up on the labor. Before they took over we had someone cleaning the common areas of the building weekly, once they took over we rarely had the building cleaned. Tons of cobwebs, and lint on the walls in the laundry room. They hire the cheapest labor, and it shows. When they did have workers in the building they were disrespectful of the tenants belongings and the fact that people were living there.
Never provided my rent payment info to the new company so now the new company believes I didn’t pay August rent!
Dave Shalabi is truly the best in the business! He is incredibly knowledgeable about all things real estate and brings decades of experience and a strong network of trusted professionals to the table.
Dave was extremely helpful throughout my real estate buying journey. He was always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I felt confident and supported every step of the way.

We had a great experience working with Dave and his team. They were patient with us throughout the entire process, especially as we navigated a big move and changed directions after deciding to walk away from one home. At no point did we feel pressured. They were supportive, understanding, and always had our best interests in mind.
They showed us several homes, answered our endless questions, and worked hard to negotiate the best deal possible on the home we ultimately purchased. Their communication was excellent, and they made what could have been a stressful process feel much more manageable.
