David Stites - Team Stites Real Estate Group

David Is exceptionally professional in demeanor and straightforward in his advice. His knowledge of the real estate market in the Menifee area is excellent. Throughout the sale process of our home he provided prompt/consistent communication and options for us to consider. His use of e–marketing maximized our visibility and he was strategic in the sale approach and negotiation. His associate Jamie ensured our escrow/title process ran without a hitch. We highly recommend Team Stites!

Gabriella Venturo was pleasant to work with. The first meeting she was asking me questions and also answering any questions I had about buying a house considering I was a first time home buyer. She made sure we found the perfect house for me and didn’t try to pressure me into buying some place just to get rid of me. She was always keeping me informed on any houses I might like and of how housing market was looking. I waited a year to write the review. Even after getting me into the house she was helping me when it came to any questions I had about rates or my HOA. She’s an amazing realtor and will have your back

Worked with David selling my home. I had a tight timeframe and he was able to get it done! Once I agreed to go forward with him, he had a professional photographer scheduled for two days later. A day after the home was listed, “showcase” style and the listing drew in a ton of attention. Shortly after the showings came through and then the offers. I was worried since we listed right before the holidays, but that didn’t seem to deter buyers. Seamless process with no hiccups. I’m very pleased with the communication, professionalism, and dedication involved with the team. I recommend selling with David and plan to utilize his team once I’m ready to buy again!

We recently purchased a home and Gabby was our agent. She was so helpful and professional. We appreciate her all thoughtfulness. She made the whole process seem easy.

We worked with Gabby and she was the best! She walked us thru the entire process, answered all our questions and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Gabby provided us the Best in Customer Service and truly understood what we were looking for and trying to accomplish. I would highly recommend her and will be using her again Sincerely Brian Peters President/CEO Allureglow USA Inc

David did a great job. We sold our home on the first day, over asking. The close was so smooth. Start to finish was 5 weeks. I strongly urge you to talk to him if you are looking. You will be glad you did.

She’s been nothing but AMAZING throughout the process, making us feel comfortable at every step. She is a great listener and incredibly detail oriented, helping us quickly narrow our search down to homes that met our needs. We worked with Gabriella to purchase our first home and had an amazing experience. She never rushed us and helped us make sure we had all the information to make a decision we were proud of.

My family and I were looking to move from LA county to Menifee and was referred to Gabriella for our home search. We were very happy to have worked with Gabriella as she made the search extremely easy and with little to no hiccups throughout the buying process. She constantly went above and beyond for things that aren't expected from a realtor, and we're extremely grateful for the way she treated us from day 1. Would definitely recommend!
