After my work injury I wasn’t sure how workers’ comp even worked. Mark Talley took the time to explain the process, what benefits I should expect, and what the insurance company would likely push back on. He followed up on medical authorizations, wage benefits, and paperwork so I didn’t have to chase everything myself. Communication was consistent and I always knew where the case stood. He did a good job for my case and I recommend him to anyone dealing with a work injury.
