We hired this firm expecting strong advocacy and clear guidance during a very difficult time, especially since we are still dealing with the immense stress of dealing with the work of a contractor in our home from a year ago that has yet to be resolved. We have spent thousands of dollars only to feel like we should be the ones constantly pushing just to get basic clarity and progress from this law firm. Even until now, as we have settled our full bill despite our disagreement with it, no one has yet to reach out to finalize our case or to check in on us.<br><br>Key details keep slipping through the cracks which has directly impacted both our case and our billing. All of this has been a domino effect stemming from poor, lacking legal advice.<br><br>We do want to acknowledge the positives; We had a wonderful interaction with Clement Abrams (he is the reason we moved forward with seeking legal counsel in the first place from this firm), and we truly appreciate the work and professionalism of Josh Orobia and Danielle Bagenski.<br><br>What we find odd in this setting is that no one has ever offered to sit down with us formally in person, especially to get things back on track. Everything has been done through calls and emails. Trying to resolve these communication gaps has been incredibly, incredibly frustrating. We even made the effort to visit the office in person to clear up the confusion only to find the team works remotely. The last straw for us was our last phone call with Justin Burch. We approached the call respectfully. We were hoping for a calm, constructive discussion, even if in the end no one can come to an agreement, that would be understood. Instead we were met with defensiveness. His demeanor made it impossible to feel heard or supported (which is the last thing you want when you are already paying thousands for legal representation)<br><br>Ultimately, this experience has been incredibly disappointing, disheartening, and frustrating. This situation could have been resolved with a little more professionalism and understanding. We truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, as there is potential here for a much better client experience
