If you're in Wise County and need custom glass work, this is a company worth knowing about.
I needed a custom tempered-glass top made for my table and expected the process to involve multiple phone calls, measurements, and a fairly long wait. Instead, the entire experience was remarkably simple.
Richard came out personally to measure the table, which I really appreciated. Rather than relying on measurements I provided, he made sure everything was correct himself before the glass was ordered.
Even more impressive, my custom tempered-glass tabletop was ready within a week.
The installer was equally professional. He arrived, worked quickly and carefully, and made sure everything fit properly. One small detail particularly impressed me: before installing the glass, he cleaned the brand-new glass again to make sure it was spotless before putting it on the table.
That's a small thing, but it says a lot about someone's pride in their work.
The finished tabletop fits perfectly and looks fantastic. From Richard personally coming out to measure, to the quick turnaround, to the professional installation, the entire process was easy and well handled.
For those of us in Decatur and throughout Wise County, I especially wanted to leave this review because we sometimes assume specialty services like custom glass require finding a company farther into Fort Worth. Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend giving Richard a call first.
This is the kind of locally owned North Texas business I enjoy supporting: show up when you say you will, communicate well, do excellent work, and pay attention to the details.
