Paid $400 for leak detection. The marked location did not lead to the leak, and I had to dig multiple holes to find it myself. The company declined any refund citing their policy. While I understand policies, I would have expected a more reasonable and customer-focused resolution given that the service did not achieve its intended outcome.
This company is great they sent out a very knowledgeable young man by the name of Andrew Cameron he found the leak and fixed it. they were very responsive even though it was on the weekend I would most definitely be using them for any plumbing needs in the future.
I first hired Leaky Finders to detect a leak in my yard. They managed to find it and have plumbers from Davis out the following day. My yard was an incredible maze of infrastructure, but they managed to get everything fixed efficiently and in time to get our house sold. The techs were all friendly and highly competent, I'd strongly recommend them.
I can’t say how much I appreciate James, Heath and Cody and the prompt services. The leak detection and repair was within 24 hours. We had multiple quotes in our email within an hour after learning of the situation and found them both reasonable, repairs were completed the following day. Highly recommend! Awesome job guys!!
