This gym is by women for women! All shapes, sizes, athleticism, the moms, the non-moms, all ages, and the list continues! I joined a year ago and I was intimidated at first by my lack of fitness level but the instructors and the members made me feel welcomed and empowered! If I was ever lost someone was willing to help me . This is legitimately a safe space for women, and apart from fitness education I’ve learned new things, like the life of motherhood and the changes your body goes through as a women through having children and as you age! This gym helped me achieve my lifting goals within the first few months of joining, increased my self esteem/confidence, has taught me new workouts & correct forms, is helping me recomp my hourglass body (that idk I had!), but most importantly has helped me love myself in new ways. This gym has changed me in more ways than one and I hope they continue to increase and change lives of women one workout at a time. I love Dawn, Mel, Nat, Ilia, and Annie equally because they all bring a different vibe/energy to their classes, but they all share the same love, passion, and compassion for what they do and for who they teach and most importantly I love the community they helped build!
