Steve did a very good job repairing the ballast on an older air purification system we had. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, and fixed the unit in a timely manner. He was also very helpful in answering maintenance questions. The Dayco company was also good to work with in quoting the work and in setting up the appointment. Would highly recommend.
I called at 9:30pm on a Saturday and Koi was here at 11pm that same night. He fixed our issue in 20 minutes. My home was 85 degrees and now I will have a good night

The service tech, sales specialist, and install crew were polite and professional, making sure they had answered all my questions and concerns.
