July 2026 The transmission shifter linkage on my Camry broke. I had it towed to De Jean Automotive. The front office, Tobi and Kristy, were very cordial and helpful. Tyler was the tech that worked on it seems to have done well with the repair because I drove home without any indication that it ever had a problem. The repair cost was considerably less than a dealer would charge. I plan to go there for future service. ------ Feb 16, 2026 I stopped in to inquire about a brake fluid flush and a power steering fluid flush thinking I should have scheduled an appointment for the service. They did the service the same day, the price was reasonable, I met Chris the co-owner and the office staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I will be back the next time I need service on our cars.

Fast service and a great price! They had my 06 F250 back on the road fast. Highly recommend!
Glad I was referred here. Seemed very professional, so no reason to not recommend!
Recommend - They saved me big - got my F250 diesel in quickly and saved me
Friendly staff, knowledgeable techs, fast turnaround to get your vehicle back
I took my 2015 GMC Duramax in to get checked. The staff was really professional and courteous. They followed up quickly and provided feedback. Some places will tell you something is wrong just to make money off of you but not De Jean Automotive. They are honest professionals and even suggested solutions and insight into what could have happened. I told them they have my business from here on for my truck. I highly recommend De Jean Automotive for any diesel service or automobile service you may need.
DeJean Automotive is top notch for all your vehicle repair needs. All the staff are friendly and go the extra mile to explain your options. Their prices are fair and affordable. Spend your money with a locally and family owned business in the Port Arthur area before you throw it away with a big dealership. 10/10 will be bringing my vehicles to them from now on.
Dropped off my truck without appointment and had it back fixed in less than 24 hours. Employees are friendly, honest and charged a fair price.
My diesal truck was having fuel pressure codes. They diagnosed it and fixed it same day as appointment. Was something very simple and they diagnosed it as that. Very honest!
Amazing family owned business. Everyone from the secretary to the mechanic were polite and professional. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs
