Dearborn Mold & Asbestos Inspection, Remediation & Abatement

Finding what appeared to be mold in the basement of our brand-new "forever home" was an absolute nightmare. The one part that wasn't a nightmare was calling Bilal. From the first phone call, he was the consummate professional who immediately put us at ease. Bilal went above and beyond for us, coming out to inspect our home over a holiday weekend to accommodate the builder's schedule. He understood our anxiety and rushed the test results, then managed to fit the full remediation into his calendar on very short notice to keep our move-in on track. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely communicative, thorough in his inspection, and transparent about the work being done. What started as an awful, stressful situation worked out perfectly because we had Bilal in our corner. We cannot thank him enough for giving us the peace of mind that we are moving into a safe, healthy, and mold-free home.

This company removed my basement asbestos tiles last month, they did excellent professional job, well prepared. I strongly recommend them

We can’t recommend this company enough! Billy was informative and walked us through the whole process for asbestos tile removal and encapsulation. He communicated well and completed the project quickly, cleanly, and at a very reasonable price. Thanks so much!!!

Billy was wonderful. He took a scary situation for us and fixed it so quickly and efficiently at a fair price, giving us so much peace of mind. Thank you!

I got a super fast quote. Service was excellent. Communication was top tier. I would recommend Billy to anyone. I have never hired a job and was able to get it done so flawlessly. Thank you Billy

They are the best and the prices is so good for what they offer

Bilal went above and beyond for me. I was supposed to have new flooring done on a Saturday, they said it could be asbestos on the tiles under the carpet and couldn't work until it was tested. Obviously I was devastated. He came out that afternoon, took the samples Monday to the lab so I could get same day results. Came out Tuesday to remove everything. Wednesday took the air sample to the lab for same day results. Completely above and beyond to help me and I'm very greatful. Thank you!

Reliable, honest. Good price and punctuate

Did a thorough inspection took his time he was very descriptive about everything he was doing.

Would give 100 stars if possible! Bilal was outstanding and extremely professional. Bilal is well educated and does a fantastic job at explaining the type of testing that is done and how it works. Absolutely satisfied with the service!
