I’ve been a public high school educator in Oklahoma for 30 years, and outside of teaching, I spent 20 years building homes. That experience has made me very particular about construction, especially when it comes to builders who rush through the details or cut corners. From the beginning of this project, I could tell that Deckworks was committed to quality and craftsmanship—something that is increasingly rare these days. I examined everything closely, from the framing of the deck to the replacement of the pergola roof, genuinely trying to find fault with the work. I couldn’t find any. One of the things that impressed me most was how clean they kept the worksite every day. Everything was so neat and orderly that I could barely find a speck of sawdust. The finished product is outstanding and absolutely worth the investment. Thank you to the entire Deckworks team for your exceptional work!
Chris, thank you for the thoughtful, detailed review and for bringing your experienced eye to our work. We're proud our team delivered the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and jobsite cleanliness you were looking for, and that the deck and pergola roof replacement met your expectations. Your recommendation means a lot to everyone at Deckworks.
Soon after we bought our house about 25 years ago we needed to replace our deck by the pool in the backyard. We liked the precision, design, and structure of the existing deck. We doubted we would be as happy with the new one but it needed to be done. We contacted Deckworks and they were awesome. The new deck was precise, careful, and beautiful. Just like we wanted. And they were reliable, professional, and on quote. We had found a gem. Over the years we have relied on Deckworks for various other projects, and they continue to be a valued partner. It is nice to have them on our team.
