Deep Roots is a total sanctuary! Shannon is an amazing professional who clearly has a true gift for bodywork. She brings incredible knowledge of fascia and structural tension, uses wonderful natural oils, and creates an environment full of relaxing natural sounds and essential oils. As a yoga teacher, I found it to be the perfect place to reset. Highly recommend Shannon whether you're seeking pure relaxation or targeted pain relief!

Had a wonderful appointment here as a first time client. I got a deep tissue massage and Shannon was great about checking in ahead of time to make sure any problem areas were targeted and even provided some helpful advice on posture to help prevent some of my pain when I'm at work!
The vibes at Deep Roots are immaculate. Very open and inviting, light levels weren't dark and cavelike but warm and just dim enough to be relaxing. I will definitely come again to take advantage of some of the other services they offer.
Price assessment: Great price

I’ve gone to Shannon 3 times now. I really appreciate how each massage I get is catered toward what I need. Not one size fits out. Highly recommend this place for those looking to continually work to improve aches/pains/stress.

I frequently visit Deep Roots for a massage and I am always blown away by the experience. From the moment I walk in, the ambiance is always soothing with calming music and a scent that instantly put me at ease.
My massage therapist Shannon is highly skilled, attentive to my needs, and respectful of my comfort levels throughout the session. She is also very welcoming and genuine. The massage itself was nothing short of transformative. It was the perfect blend of pressure, technique, and relaxation, targeting all my stress points with precision.
What continues to stand out is the cleanliness, everything is spotless, from the treatment rooms to the facility areas. The attention to hygiene added an extra layer of comfort, especially in these times.
The post-massage experience was equally impressive. I was offered water and given time to decompress, which showed the salon's commitment to the client's overall well-being rather than just the service itself.
I highly recommend anyone who is looking for some self care to stop in in and pay her a visit. Your body will thank u later!
