BEWARE of this “company”!!!! They installed an automatic gate opener at the property that my mother lives at in the south valley. After a few months it completely quit working and we were told the system was defective but not to worry because it was still under warranty. Which it clearly states on the invoice there is a 2yr warranty on the system and one year on the labor. They came and took the system (so we can’t even hire another company to come fix it) and said they would order a new one and be back to install it. That was 7 weeks ago!! I call and call and am told by the receptionist that I will get a call back asap but never do. Not once have heard from anyone! The lack of communication is astounding to me. 7 weeks of absolutely no communication and no solution. It is extremely difficult for my 80yr old mother to open and close the gate manually. I have been more than patient… for 7 weeks! I’ve given you 7 weeks to call me, 7 weeks to provide an update of ANY kind. I am very reasonable and had you called even once and given any kind of update, this could have all been avoided. This company is clearly fraudulent and couldn’t care less about their customers. I’m giving you one more week to contact me before I report you for fraud. BEWARE of this company!!! Save yourself the hassle and go with literally any other company that’s actually reliable and trustworthy! SHAME on you!! Updated: after reporting them to the BBB they still won’t respond. I had to report them to the federal trade commission for fraud!! Now we are out 3000. We’re debating filing a lawsuit. Update: after 8 WEEKS the owner finally showed up at the property out of nowhere to install a new system. Unfortunately it took me repeatedly reporting him. He did not once apologize or take any accountability what so ever. He just gave excuse after excuse about miscommunication and being busy. I have no doubt that if I wouldn’t have taken action he would have never responded.I pray to never have to deal with this company again.

If you want a really nice security gate for your wall call Delgado. They're responsive, reasonably priced and a delight to work with. We described what we were looking for and they delivered (and installed) exactly what we were envisioning in our heads complete with fingerprint activated security lock. They even picked out the perfect shade of blue! It does not get any better.

These guys are the best! We are thrilled with our new gate and security door. From estimate to design and install the process was awesome. Oh yeah, the price was also the best! Kevin and the rest of the guys were super nice, professional, and prompt. Delgado is the type of business that makes us proud to deal with local, family owned, New Mexico companies.

Id give then 10 stars if i could, We just had Delgado Iron put a set of security bars on one of 3 bedroom windows AND ARE VERY HAPPY! They look wonderful, We will be using them to put the bars on the other 2 Bedroom windows, and also to install a motor on our wrought Iron fence that encloses our driveway and yard so we can open and close it by remote control. Thank to Mr Delgado, his daughter and the gentleman that did the window today
