I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with Delilah. Her team is incredible. I have a bunny rabbit, which was incredibly hard to find a caregiver for while I was away on vacation. Delilah and Emily were extremely attentive and followed my instructions for him precisely. They not only offer pet care, but they went out of their way to do laundry, take out my trash, get my mail, etc. I was able to fully relax while I was away knowing my rabbit was fully taken care of the way I wanted. A huge bonus is the daily photos of everything that was completed and the fact this was actually affordable for the amount of things they are willing to do for you. They are SO kind hearted and it made me so happy to know he was taken care of by these two. I can’t say enough good things about their service they provide. 15/10 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Incredible team of people who truly go above and beyond to care for your pets while you're away. I've used Delilah's Critter Care for a few years now and they're the best. They feed my cats, take care of the litter, clean up any messes, and keep us updated with photos and text updates of how our fur babies are doing. I have 3 cats with all very different personalities and the app enables you to share details about their preferences, quirks, and even notices to watch out for flight risks. You can respond to the updates and answer any questions from the sitters. My 3 love Delilah and Stephanie in particular who knows how to burn the energy of our youngest boy, and also respect the personal space of our shy guy. Delilah and those she employs do an incredible job and makes our travels so much less stressful knowing our cats are getting some socialization and getting checked on each day. I highly recommend her!

If you need a pet sitter in the Charlotte area, THESE are your people. I own a very shy rescue who had never been left overnight with a non-family member, and I was incredibly nervous about taking a trip. I initially reached out to Delilah's Critter Care in February, and we started working on a plan to help my dog get comfortable with them. Delilah and Emily were so patient and kind with him on their visits leading up to the trip, even to the point of quietly sitting on the floor to wait for him to approach. They never pushed him or made him uncomfortable. When I finally went on my trip, I got extensive notes for each visit, and they moved mountains to make sure my pup was comfortable and happy. When I returned, both he and my house were immaculate, even better than when I left them. Delilah's Critter Care is now part of our family, and they have empowered us to start traveling more. I could not be more pleased with the level of service.

We've used Delilah's Critter Care a few times now to care for our four cats when we've been away from home. Each time Delilah and her team have gone above and beyond to ensure all our cats needs were met while we were away. They easily manage special feeding instructions for our elderly cat while engaging our younger cats during visits. We always receive prompt updates after visits with details and pictures that put our mind at ease while away from home. I've easily updated profile information on our cats to include new feeding quirks and Delilah and Emily acknowledge they've seen the updates and alter their care accordingly. Even our more evasive cat who hides from other sitters is comfortable enough to hang out and eat during visits which is really saying something about the trust and connection Delilah and Emily have been able to create with our crew. I'm so grateful we've found Delilah and Emily and trust them completely with the care of our pets and home when we travel.

I absolutely love Delilah and so does Alex, my ultra-shy kitty. Delilah is so patient with him and often spends most of the visit coaxing him out from his hiding spot with treats, toys and sweet talk. She always leaves him a treats “smorgasboard” shaped in a heart on his dish and cute little kitty gifts. And she'll put on CatTV on YouTube so Alex has some wildlife viewing opportunities (unless he's in the mood for some light Jazz sounds)! Her daily notes and photos are the BEST -- I always I look forward to Alex's daily "diary" updates. Delilah is a super star pet sitter who goes above and beyond to make sure Alex has everything he needs while ensuring he knows he’s still loved even while Mom’s away! Five stars all the way!!!!

Delilah and her crew are amazing! When I have to leave my pets in their care, I have no worries. They are going to love and care for them unconditionally. I love reading my pet updates from them as well. They are always funny and endearing.

We had a very shy and skittish puppy. Delilah and her team have always been very courteous about handling him, and always helped him feel safe and happy. They do a great job with photos, reports, and personalizing his care. She might as well as be my dog's cool Aunt!
